Returns & Exchanges
Not what you expected? We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange your item(s).
We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange if your item(s):
- Are returned within 10 days of pickup or delivery;
- Are accompanied with your proof of purchase;
- Are returned in their original saleable condition with the original label or tag is attached;
- Have not been worn, washed or damaged.
For local returns/exchanges: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a time to meet at the Regina showroom to return your item(s) and process your return.
For non-local returns/exchanges: The shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer. Please note, our initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

All accepted returns/refunds are applied to the original card or method of purchase. Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are final sale so please choose carefully! Please note, this also includes any type of promotion where a discount code has been used, unless specified.
